He was born in a small town in New Jersey and recently moved to New York City.  He received a BFA in Acting from Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts, where he had the opportunity to perform at Shakespeare's Globe Theater in London. While there, he participated in a workshop with Mark Rylance. Before attending drama school, he worked in the industry both on Television and Broadway.  He has had the amazing pleasure of working with directors like Stephen Daldry, Michael Sexton, Todd Holland, and John Patrick Shanley.  While attending Rutgers, Frank worked with Simon Dormandy, Matt Dickson, and Kip Fagan.  In the Fall, Frank worked on Fagan's production of (hera)kles as Herakles.  In the past few years he has worked with several Veteran's Theater Groups as a writer and performer.
